Under the first heading there are eight points for inquiry:
A Whether bread and wine are the matter of this sacrament?
A Whether a determinate quantity of the same is required for the matter of this sacrament?
A Whether the matter of this sacrament is wheaten bread?
A Whether it is unleavened or fermented bread?
A Whether the matter of this sacrament is wine from the grape?
A Whether water should be mixed with it?
A Whether water is of necessity for this sacrament?
A Of the quantity of the water added.
